Rust Revolution - Custom Food
Overview
Players can access custom food recipes at any Workbench. Recipes require a T1, T2, or T3 workbench before they can be researched. Custom food recipes typically provide more benefits than Rust default foods and incentivises players who are willing to create farms and scavenge for ingredients. Food buffs range from standard health, hunger, and water increases, to also providing modified tea buffs that are stronger and/or last longer than default tea buffs. Custom foods also counteract overdoses (Dirty level) acquired by consuming drugs and/or food containing drugs.
Overdose Information
Consuming items that contain Meth or Magic Mushrooms can cause you to overdose. Pay attention to the tooltip that displays when you hold custom food/drugs in your hand to determine the overdose value of the item. Some items increase your Overdoes value (displayed as Dirty in-game) by small amounts and apply a “Dirty” debuff on your character, while some items may instantly put you into overdose.
If you pass 50 Dirty levels, you will go into overdose. During overdose your max health points will reduce to just 25 and custom foods will no longer have an effect on you. It’s important to have food handy to reduce/clear your dirty level before you reach 50. Once you have entered full overdoes (above 50 dirty) your HP pool can only be restored back to 100 by consuming a Max Health Tea or using the Anti-Overdose Syringe. Please note that Max Health Teas will only restore your HP Pool, they will not remove Dirty Levels. Food items listed below with a negative Dirty value will reduce your current dirty level as long as you are under 50 Dirty levels. If you are over 50 dirty levels, only death or the Anti-Overdose Syringe can remove Dirty levels
⚠ Once your Dirty level is above 50, you can only reduce it by using an Anti-Overdose Syringe or by dying.
Plugin comes with basic configuration to demonstrate functionality. To utilize plugin to it's full potential you will have to configure your own drugs, create your own images and write your own item descriptions.
